Notice of Cancellation of TEJ Tokyo Business Meetings / Travel Festa

In Accordance with Request for Declaration of State of Emergency by Tokyo and Three Prefectures

The governors of Tokyo and three nearby prefectures have requested that a state of emergency be declared by the government, which is currently considering the issuance of a declaration. Accordingly, strict standards are being sought for scheduled public events, with even stricter standards expected to be imposed.
Severe restrictions will likely be placed on outside activities, creating anxiety among persons planning to attend events.
After comprehensive consideration of these circumstances, we have made the decision to cancel TEJ Tokyo Business Meetings / Travel Festa.
Although the organizers have taken sufficient measures to address the pandemic and have moved ahead with event preparations with assurance of safety, the decision has been made to take this difficult action.
